The sag or perkiness of your boobs literally has nothing to do with your bras and how often you wear them. It’s all genetics and size. The bigger your boobs, the more they’ll naturally sag. Bras don’t change that.

I don't think it makes much of a difference unless your boobs are a bit farther along down the alphabet. I'd do whatever feels comfortable for you and gives you enough support. I'm a B/C cup and never wear bras around the house, but always in public. Time, gravity, and skin elasticity is what makes your boobs sag, not the presence of bras. However, I find it hard to believe that a supportive bra would cause more sagging than no support over time.
