Really it depends on how long you hold your urine with out drinking and a whole lot to diluted it, that’s why drs say the first morning urine is best. You were asleep for 8hrs with out drinking a whole lot so your urine is not diluted. With this pregnancy, I tested with a clear blue digital after work the day of supposed period and got a pregnant in 2 mins. Good luck
