I’m New To This And Need Some Ladies Help

So I Have An Irregular period to where if it come on time it comes on about day 30 something and if it’s late it comes on day 54 or after , but this time it’s different .... I haven’t had a period since December 23 .. could I be pregnant ? What should I do ?
