Any midwives or doulas out there who can offer me some advice?

i cant really explain been having Braxton hicks all day on and off and im so swollen and sore down below through the weight i mean the pain is really out there, but such weird tummy pains all day and feeling majorly sick, lack of appetite and food tasting funny too. Any ideas why i am like this?
