Second methotrexate dose — success stories?!? 🙏🏼

Has anyone had to have the second injection of methotrexate and seen success? I was 6 weeks 3 days when we found out about the ectopic in my left tube. Levels then were 7808. Day 4 they went up to 10,376. Day 7 they dropped (by only 4.8%) to 9878. Please share your success stories with me! ☺️ I am praying that I can avoid my tube rupturing and surgery but my high HCG levels make me nervous. I got 2 shots of methotrexate. the second one was 3 days after the first one. my HCG levels were rising instead of dropping. I spend 2 weeks in hospital as mine was a case of cornual epotic. 12 hours after the second shot I was in a lot of pain and was given morphine. in the morning I pass out the remains. it took 2 months for my HCG level to drop to zero.

I had to have two rounds as well! It took about a month for my levels to drop to zero after the second round but it worked. That was in August and I got pregnant in December. I’m twelve weeks now so stay positive!

I had to have a second shot + it worked for me! I started at 2763 and it went up to 2878 and then dropped to 2370 and then i had the second shot and it halved the levels all the way down. It took my 2 months to get to 0.

I had 4 and it worked. No surgery for me. And my numbers were crazy high because the baby was in the uterus enough for a healthy blood supply.
