I don't like feeling this way, and I feel selfish about it, but I am so disappointed in how my husband did Valentine's day. I was up all night the night before with our baby, worked a half day, then went shopping to make a nice dinner. I got him a card that I left with his favorite muffins for breakfast and had him come home to a bottle of jack daniels, a custom glass, cans of coke, chocolates etc. as a gift. I put a lot of effort into it. He got me a box of 4 chocolate covered strawberries from a place next door to his office that were moldy. No card, no sappy Facebook post, nothing. I didn't expect some extravagant gift, just something to show he cares and a little appreciation... am I right to be disappointed? Anyone else have a similar V-day??
