pump supply?

the past few days I have only been getting 2-3oz and normally I get 4 to 5 on a good day normally 3-4 on a normal day my baby's 6 months now an I need to get my supply build back up I just haven't been getting the normal amount .Abby remedy or anything to get a bigger supply

I would recommend starting with the basics: monitor your water/fluid intake and make sure your eating enough calories and Protein to make your milk. When I researched how much protein I needed to consume I was a little shocked and using MyFitness Pal realized I was not reaching those goals on water (64oz min.) and 75g of protein daily. 😬 then my supply (along with pumping) came back up. I freak if I am not able to pump at least 7 oz 3 times a day and I still nurse on demand. (Nursing a 4 week old and stocking for when I have to go back to work😞)
