Femara?

Okay guys, this is month 17 of TTC. After 6 failed attempts of clomid (and only ovulating 3 of those months) we are moving on to Femara. Tomorrow is my last set of pills and we have an ultrasound scheduled on CD 14 to check follicles. We will be moving on with a trigger shot and IUI if the follicles look good.
I need some positivity. Who has taken Femara with success of ovulation? Has anyone had any successful pregnancies with it and how many cycles did it take? 
I’m so ready for my BFP. Hubby and I have been through so much during our TTC journey.

How did it go? I’m in my tww after femara + trigger. I only had one mature follicle.

This is my first round of Femara 2.5mg and the first time I've ever had a positive opk! I've been doing bbts this cycle too and everything looks good so far. Currently on cd15 of 25 and so very hopeful! Good luck and baby dust!! Keep us posted!

The first femara doze I took was 2.5 that did not work for me so my OB doubled and bam my day 21 progesterone from 0.23 has increased to 33 last month and 54 this month. Still not pregnant but I’m happy I’m finally ovulating. AF due in two days. Hoping it won’t come. Started preseed last month so hope this is my month!!! Good luck! Baby dust to everyone

I am on my second cycle of Femera. I ovulated my first cycle and well I should ovulate in a day or two since I just triggered 3 mature follicles. First cycle ended in a miscarriage due to low progesterone levels. So this go around 3 days after confirming ovulation I start on progesterone vaginal inserts and pray that works to hold the pregnancy. So far I have no complaints with Femera. Side effects are quite minimal.
