Hip pain at night-Mattress topper??

Question

Does anyone use a mattress topper to help alleviate hip pain and joint pain while sleeping?  they can be pricy but in my opinion well worth the money spent if helps!

I just bought a really good mattress off of wayfair for about the same as a nice mattress topper would have been during one of their sales. Never been happier haha

Ok good to know! Thanks ladies. Our mattress is only 2 years old but it’s just not working for me during pregnancy. My maternity pillow helps too! But not so much with the hips. Yoga stretches def help me. Sadly I only make the time to do it once or twice a week but will have to try harder now that I’m further along. Yoga saved me during my first pregnancy! Had a lot more time then. :)

We invested in a really good mattress topper and I also splurged on a pregnancy pillow as well. They're gigantic but sooooo worth it. Also, do a little pre bed time yoga if you're able to. It helps to open up the hips and alleviate the stress on the joint 💚

I had to buy one with my first!  it was a life saver!  I wouldn't have been able to live without that OR my maternity pillow!!  both definitely worth every penny!!!
