I’m super nervous and excited!! tomorrow is my first sonogram, I am 7 weeks and 4 days! Praying I hear a heart beat ❤️

I have a weird feeling it could be twins. I have no idea why! I have no twins in my family but my boyfriend was adopted at 2 and he has no idea if he has twins in his family or not. It’s not that I want twins I would be happy with twins but this is my first pregnancy. It’s just a feeling I’m getting but who knows ! I guess I will see in the morning!!!
