C section hemmorhoids?? What the...

Question

Had a C section on Friday and since coming home I've developed hemmorhoids! What the heck?
I haven't been straining to go AT ALL , not constipated in the least so I don't understand why they are popping out. All I can think is maybe the weight of my uterus?
Has anyone else experienced this?

There are creams you can use to get rid of them or home remedies like using witch hazel. I haven’t had them so not exactly sure how you use it but try googling. I think you put it in a bath

Sadly yes. I don’t know why it happens but it did to me. My best advice is drink lots of water and make sure you have good toilet paper. I’m pregnant with #2 (due in 5 weeks) and have another one to show for it. My husband kids and says i have one for each baby lol not fun but manageable. Make sure you watch your diet too because some foods will make them flare up.
