They’re not the greatest, no. They are coated in chemicals. Vaginal walls are incredibly absorbent flesh, and these chemicals go straight through.

I rarely ever use them anymore...I’ve moved on to the cup. My main issue with them was the fact that I have heavy periods and had to use super sized tampons and those are the ones most likely to cause TSS and the chemicals and crap they’re made of I just don’t want all up in there.
