This is a pretty complicated question.
Normally lending companies only lend up to a percentage of your overall income because you have a high chance of paying it off. 
However, because you have assets that are worth something you can use those as leverage instead of an income. I wouldn't expect a good interest rate because you essentially have illiquid assets (aka you couldn't sell you house tomorrow to get any equity out immediately). 
Basically your options are along the lines of a title loan (car), a home equity line of credit, credit cards, or a hard money loan (super high interest rates).
Good luck. If the money is for a necessity (shelter, food, water) choose one of those options. If it is something that can wait, consider getting an income and saving for it.

You can get a reverse mortgage. That’s a loan, too. Basically if you own a house, you can borrow against how much of the house you own. If you don’t own much and you had a small downpayment, then it could be a small loan or no loan. Call your mortgage company. We put down $500k on our $800k house. Since we own more than half of it and keep making payments, the bank knows we are financially stable. We are going to take a loan out on the mortgage to build a new garage. It costs only $65k, so they’ll just tack that onto our mortgage and we will pay a little more for a little longer since we don’t want to bleed our savings while we are expecting twins to arrive.
