Can I go back to exercising, now that I found out I'm pregnant?

So we got married end of December. Till then, I was VERY active. Running around, etc. Up until July before the wedding, I was doing strength training (1 hour) and swimming 1 hour) about four times a week..

I've been VERY lazy after the wedding. And we just found out that I'm 5 weeks pregnant! (complete surprise, total accident 😂)

I REALLY want to start working out again. I want to get back to swimming, Pilates, and POSSIBLY strength training. Can I? I really can't imagine not working out the entire pregnancy.... but I don't want to do anything risky to the baby.
