So my son is a little over 2 weeks and has had the worse gas ever. It’s too the point he cries for hours until he can pass the gas. He won’t sleep in his bassinet (I think because it hurts) because within seconds of putting him down in there he is screaming his head off. I can hear the gas in his stomach and when he finally passes the gas he does a little better but there is always more so he’s upset all the time which doesn’t help my sleep schedule or his. He is BF and on formula (Similac Spit Up) however I do burp him after every feeding and make sure he doesn’t get a bunch of air when feeding. I’m wondering if maybe something I’m eating is causing this? Or if any has dealt with what helped and if you ever found out what caused it? I just hate seeing him in all this pain.
