Hi there. Would love some advice. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with identical twins sharing the placenta. A few weeks ago I started having severe cramps and bleeding. Started with brown blood then quickly went to fresh blood. I had a scan which showed m cervix was closed and that babies were ok and moving around lots. Bleeding stopped and cramps and bleeding started up again this week. Midwives haven’t said anything much to me other than they can only monitor and don’t know what’s causing it (placenta looks normal). They seem positive but their notes seem to suggest I’m at a very high risk of miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m so so worried. 😢
