Help?

I have a gyno appointment next week, but in the mean time I was wondering what could be going on?! So here a some symptoms: I have extremely high amounts of discharge (I’m ovulating but more heavy than normal) and I’m insanely itchy. It doesn’t hurt or pain while peeing or anything like that. And the only part that’s itchy is up at the top where the lips open. Any advice as to what it is while I wait? Ty!!
