He raped me

My family got me arranged married to the guy who wanted to marry me.. the first night of our wedding and couple other times he forced me to have sexual with him .. he kept touching me on certain places even after I told him no .. after I mentioned this to my dr she told me that it’s rape. Last time he tried to have sex with me .. I tried to stop him .. even when he tried to force me I used force to stop him and since then he’s been ignoring me and not sleeping in the same room as me .. the marriage we had was a religious marriage and later on he refused to get the marriage legally registered.. so I can back to my mum house for few days .. now he’s messaging me that i can go back to his house until he gives me permission and his mother is saying the same thing and telling me to ask for his forgiveness .. what should I do ???? I really need some advice
