Newborn rash?

my sweet baby boy is 9 days old today and I've noticed this rash, of course it's too late to call his pediatrician today. Does anyone know what this could be? Is it a normal newborn rash?

Looks like the normal newborn rash called Erythema toxicum. Completely normal!! No lotions are needed-it will go away on its own!

Yes it’s normal. My 5 day old saw the pediatrician 2 days ago and she said its totally normal. His look just like that.

Maybe a lotion . Try using aveno baby . My 1st can’t use Johnson products he has sensitive skin . . You can also put on him cortisone cream from aveno too .
