my mom says 13 is to young to use a tampon,  but everyone around uses them!! help!!

I’m 13 a tampons are the one and only reason that I am alive today! It’s really a personal preference but if you try them and like them more, then try to talk to your mom about it. Also you need them for swimming on the flow so yeah

There's no age restriction for tampons. If you feel comfortable using them, do it. But you don't have to use them just because others do. It's YOUR body and YOUR period, so do what feels best for YOU.
