I don’t know where to turn or who to ask...

Has anyone had luck after being told u have one tube blocked (left side) n it has fluid trapped inside it? N one seems to be “ok” (right side) also my husband has a 19 million Sperm count with low mobility n morphology. Can’t remember those number right now.... we’ve had one unsuccessful iui N almost 2 yrs of trying. My doctor says he will give us 6 more months n iui’s b4 he moves us to surgery or ivf...but I’d like to not have to go down either of those roads! Please help! I need some encouragement!! Thank u!
