Lacrosse!!!!!!!
So I have started to play lacrosse. I’m having so much fun other than the fact every time I have a practice my right knee starts to hurt 😢. When ever it starts hurting I tell the coach and she tells me to take it t easy and ice it at home. So I have. But it still hurts, I’m doing a lot of exercising and fiscal things. But it still hurts. So what do you girls think I should do. My parents said that eventually we might have to get me a knee brace. So I’m like ok the sooner that better. But what should I do in the meantime to make it stop ✋🏻 hurting.
