husband left to go to bar

My husband was drinking in garage with a buddy while I was asleep in home. I woke up at 3am and he was gone to bar. I asked why he didn't wake me to let me know he was leaving. And his answer was he didn't need my permission to go. I put him on the couch for the night and he is throwing up drunk! What would you do in my situation?
