Need Advice From A Man or Woman😩

me and my significant other were talking about our future and trying for a baby. He voiced his concern that he doesent think we'll be able to have sex while I'm pregnant he thinks I'll be to big, or he'll hurt the baby what can I do to assure him that's not true.
