losing weight.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some advice to lose weight steadily and healthily. I currently am 234 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I just feel so unhealthy. Does anyone have any tips on what to eat, at home exercises, how to get fit to run eventually, etc? My hubby and I are ttc and I'm 99% sure that my weight is a lot of the problem we are having.
