Is there a difference?
I just had my second baby on October 29th and I started exercising around January. I don’t own a scale, and I haven’t been able to dedicate as much time to exercising as I would like, so my workouts are short. 😕It doesn’t help that breastfeeding makes me feel like I’m always starving, so dieting isn’t where I want it to be... but I think it see an itty bitty tiniest bit of difference! Is it all in my head or does anyone else see it, too? First pic is Jan 5, and the second is Feb 17.
