Going through a miscarriage right now

I was 4 weeks pregnant. I had light brown discharge for 5 days, so light that it barley showed on the panty liner, I have very light cramps as well. Decided to go to the ER since my OB’s office is closed for 4 days. They didn’t find the baby (too early) but my urine and blood came back positive. I kept telling them I think I have an infection or something, but they said everything looked fine. I just knew something was wrong because I shouldn’t be spotting for 5 days with brown Discharge, yes I know everyone is different but I just had a gut feeling. Today I woke up with bright red blood as I wiped, very tiny blood clots as well. I’m just so sad and hurt. I feel lost, I’m still praying for a miracle but I’m sure god has his plan.
