So my husband comes home from deployment soon and we are tight on money and I usually do my own hair so I haven’t had my hair done in 6 months and it’s healthy enough to where I can do it again , I want to balayage it , it already has a lot of blonde in it I just wanna kind of make the blonde go a little further into my roots and brighten up the existing blonde , do I need bleach or could I do this with a lift product?
