3 month old teething ??

im a ftm and im not so sure if my babies are teething but since right at 2 months one of my twin boys had started crying every night hard and like 2 weeks after my other twin started & then about a week after that they both started drooling a lot and trying to suck on anything that gets close to their mouth , im not so sure if it's that , so what could be more symptoms and things i could look for to know ? i put a cold wet rag in their mouth and they each had a hard bump but no white sticking out yet and if it is them teething how long does it usually last and what could i possibly do to help them ? since newborn they were extremely good babies, never cried unless they were hungry and would put themselves to sleep at night without being fussy. Hitting the 2 month mark my boys changed completely and at first i blamed it on their 2 month vaccines because after that that's when they both started crying their lungs out every night and it's been a month later and nothing has changed ... I could use some advice
