Tight muscle

Hey guys! So my left calf muscle is so tight to the point I can’t stand straight on it. My heel doesn’t touch the floor even if I stretch it everyday. I’m always on the ball of my foot. I was wondering if anyone knew any exercises/stretches or any tips to help fix this problem.
