Should I be concerned?

Going off my last period which was the 6/01/18 I have worked out I should be 6weeks 1 day, last night I ended up at the hospital with some spotting and cramps, they sent me for an emergency ultrasound, they seen the yolk sac but no embryo, and then said that I’m only measuring between 4-5 weeks... I guess my question is has anyone had this problem and did use end up having a healthy bub? FTM

I’ve had cramping but no spotting. I’m around 4 weeks and they can only see the sac in my uterus.

U may have ovulated later. I thought I was 7weeks but actually 5weeks. Could only see the sac so I had to come back when I was 8weeks and there my baby girl was. Had a safe pregnancy and delivery. Wishing u sticky dust

They thought I was 10ish weeks along and I measured at 7w 4d. It was due to ovulating late. Its not uncommon.
