I breastfeed AND pump. Baby only gets a bottle if we're out and about, other than that, he's on the breast. I'm mainly pumping to build up a stash for whenI return to work. Today, Thomas is 13 days old and I'm averaging about 12.7 oz per day in pumped milk... my stash had about 137 oz of milk so far. While I'm proud of my pumping success on top of nursing all day (this is my third child and the best nursing/pumping outcome I've ever had).. I'm starting to get burned out! I'm pumping about 5 times per day.. sometimes 4, on top of nursing. Thinking about cutting out the middle of the night pump to start. If you're nursing AND pumping, how many times a day do you pump? My friend said she only pumped twice a day and was able to build up a good stock pile of milk...
