Trouble sleeping

Hey ladies,

I’m on my 1st trimester and I am having horrible trouble sleeping. I wake up after a hr or two of sleeping. Last night my allergies were driving me crazy and my doctor told me Benadryl should help, I got excited thinking that would make me pass out.. nope, only 3 hrs of sleep. I can’t seem to get comfortable. Any suggestions?
