So I gave birth to my second child on December 12, 2017.

I had unprotected sex with my partner and my mid wife gave me plan b (Ella) then I had to wait 5days before getting on birth control (Norethindrone). She said as long as I take my birth control and breast feed atleast 4x aday I should be fine.

 I started my birth control on February 3rd. Haven't missed a day and it's always at the exact time with the birth control. We had unprotected sex on Saturday February 17th, 2018 at like 4am. He came in me and then bam later that day my period came (2nd day of period today).

The issue is they gave me a low dose because I was breastfeeding but then my milk flow went down so I had no option but to stop breastfeeding....

My question is, could there be a chance I could be pregnant even though I got my period? Because of the low doze of birth control and the fact I'm no longer breastfeeding?
