Coming off a round of Provera and my cycle started today which means that either tomorrow or Wednesday I’ll go in for blood work and an ultrasound to check my ovarian reserve. Of course, I googled it and discovered that it’s a transvaginal ultrasound (which duh, makes sense now but I didn’t think of it when my doctor first mentioned it).. the idea of having a vaginal ultrasound in general freaks me out, but while I’m on my period?? 😖 has anyone had this done.. was it terrible?
