What are the pros of a c-sectio

I feel like I kight me getting one, what are the pros of a c-section? 🙄

Your vag will remain intact. No tearing. No stretching.
You’re less likely to have incontinence issues.
You’ll avoid the risk of hemorrhoids from pushing.
Less bleeding after birth because they suction more out in the surgery.
The pain meds make the early adjustments to breastfeeding less painful.
In the long run, the delivery method won’t matter.
Your baby won’t have a squished head from the birth canal.
You won’t have negative/uncomfortable sensations associated with your vag...I’m 6 days post-c section and already want to get  back to sex with my husband.
You’ll stay in the hospital for longer which means more help from nurses and more opportunities to ask questions about caring for baby.

I’m not gonna lie, I hated every thought of getting a c-section. Well I was induced and was so close to having my baby vaginally but it turned out he was head down but face up and not tucking his chin so I was getting nowhere. After pushing for 2.5hrs and not getting to where they could even suction him out my doctor decided a c-section would be best before we put baby in distress. I had already gotten an epidural so they just gave me more meds to numb me completely, we went in I was so tired I could barely stay awake. The whole thing only lasted about an hr between the prep and me being back in my room. I thought I’d be in terrible pain but all I wanted to do was get up and move and I can say that helped a lot (I had a nurse tell me getting up and moving as soon as I could would help the healing process). I mean it isn’t ideal but it really isn’t awful like people make it seem.

Why do you think you might be getting a c section? 
If it’s scheduled, I guess knowing when it’ll happen versus waiting to go into labor?!
