I just had my twins 8 months ago

but today

I'm excited but scared i love my family of 4 and not sure im ready for another they were born 1lb each we had a 2 month nicu stay and came home on 02 for less than a month I developed preeclampsia and had to have an emergency csection anyone go thru that and have a regular second pregnancy ?
