I wish something would just happen either BFP or AF

I'm tried of feeling like this I'm having all types of crazy symptoms AF is almost a week off I've been having normal cycles for over 8 months now and this month AF doesn't show 😭😭😭😭... Took a test on the 12th BFN I'm too scared to take anymore 😢💔💔💔... Everyone around me are either having babies or BFP Lord Help me please taking out of this misery
