My wacky period

Here is my calendar. I had a long period in Jan. I “thought” i Oed on the 22nd. But I didn’t. My period was due around the 1st of feb. I have neg tests. But my question is, can I miss and period, ovulate after and possibly get pregnant? Does this make sense? Haha my cervical mucus hasn’t been white creamy/stick. Maybe 1 or 2 days. It’s always either been EWCM or very watery and slippery. ATM is it watery. Very watery.
