Could I be pregnant?

So we’ve been ttc for not very long but been having crazy crazy dreams that are so vivid and back pain, nauseous and pure exhaustion. I don’t know if I could be pregnant or am I crazy. I do suffer from PCOS, so I don’t know if what is it?! What do y’all think?

I had heartburn, fatigue, nausea, lower back pain, pelvic pain and am still having crazy dreams. I had a blood test a week ago because i refused to believe the pregnancy tests and..... negative. The symptoms that arise from pregnancy are not unique to pregnancy. The mind also has a weird way of presenting symptoms when you’re thinking that you could be pregnant. So it’s hard to base pregnancy off of symptoms that could be 100 other things, i would just go take an at home pregnancy test or call your doctor for a blood test.

Take a test. My first symptom was cramping and my skin cleared up usually I break out when I’m due af.
