Coming home outfit?

Hey all so this is my second pregnancy and will be my first time delivering. I have picked this outfit for when she's born my question is do you get these outfits for coming home outfits or to put them in a little while after there born?? And don't mind the text having a heart to heart with my momma❤️

You can use it as a coming home outfit, but I will warn you that onesies and shirts are difficult to get onto newborns, and things with elastic waists are also a little hard on the umbilical stump. Usually I like to keep my littles in sleepers until that heals over. You also may get some light blood spotting from the umbilical stump on any outfits your baby wears in the first few days.

Coming home outfit is usually put on as you’re leaving the hospital so they can wear it when they get home. But if you want to put it on sooner you can or course.
