It depends. Sativa dominant make me extremely anxious and paranoid. Indica, on the other hand, is the good stuff.

Weed gave me an anxiety attack. Because the sensation my body felt, was the same feeling I get when I feel like I'm about to be sick or have a panic attack

It depends. If you're somewhere its legal and you can choose I'd say research what strains and best and just try one out. It works for some people while it makes things worse for others. For me it makes no real difference to my anxiety 🤷‍♀️
