My dad just saw my scars on my arm from me cutting. He’s so mad about it. He couldn’t talk to me about it Initially because we were in public but he wants to talk about it later. What do I say? I’m not doing it anymore, but I don’t know how to reassure him that or explain it to him. I don’t know what he’s gonna do and I’m terrified. Please help me. Please. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it is to me. I dont cut for attention. No one has ever seen my scars until now. Please tell me what to do.
