Too Young To Get Married?

Question

Am I too young to get married? I’m turning 21 in March and graduating with a BS in May. My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over two years now and we’re CONSTANTLY talking about tying the knot. He’s 24 and already has a house, car, stable job, etc... 
The only thing holding us back is the fact that my future isn’t solidified. I want to go to professional school in a few years but I’ll be taking a gap year or two. We’re worried about being apart (school options are 2+ hours away) and not having a sure plan for the future. 
My greatest wish is to marry him, but sometimes I feel like I can’t wait. I see my friends getting engaged and married or having kids. I don’t want to wait with him much longer, but my future being so uncertain is intimidating. 
Is there an age that’s too young? Do I need to live on my own for a while or figure out my life? Is there a perfect time we should wait for?

Get married when you’re ready! There is no perfect age or circumstances and if you wait for them you will wait forever. My husband and I were 23 and 22 when we got married, I was in law school and unemployed and he was working full time and going to school full time. We weren’t “set up” (owning a home and financially stable) but we made it work and are doing great. Whether you have to go far for school or not isn’t a barrier, just an obstacle and absolutely one you can overcome. Do you love and respect one another? Do you have a healthy relationship? Do you know what kind of marriage you want to have? Those are things only you and your SO can answer for yourselves.

It is 100% up to you the two of you and how comfortable you feel with it. I’m 19 and marrying my fiancé who’s 21 in 7 months. We’ve had several people try to talk us out of it saying we’re too young and we’ll regret it but I know he’s the man I’m spending the rest of my life with so why wait to start forever? As long as you know it’s what you want to do then there’s no reason why you should wait any longer than you want to, if the timing fits in your life then go for it and be happy :)

I got married this past December. I’m 20 going on 21 in April, and my husband is 23 going on 24 in March. We had been dating for about 6 years when we got married. I’m graduating in May.

there is nothing wrong with getting married. i mean if you were both 18 and had been dating for two months id say no, but you if that’s what you guys want, I don’t see why you should wait
