Gastro while pregnant??

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and sadly woken up today with Gastro 😣 #yuck!! Can gastro harm my baby at all or will she be fine??

Answer

Only if you get super dehydrated. Bub will take what it needs from you. I don’t imagine it’s much different from morning sickness but see a doctor if it lasts.
