T minus 20 minutes as I type this until I turn 25. I’ve celebrated this weekend with close friends and the love of my life. My parents are coming home this week after being gone for 8 months. I am laying down next to my boyfriend as he sleeps and gets ready for work tomorrow after having just received his fourth raise in 4 months of working there. I’m still in school, sporting a 4.0 GPA currently. My boyfriend and I have agreed to a three year plan involving engagement and children. I’ve applied for a new job away from fast food management, and I’m happier than I’ve been in years. Life has really been dragging me up and down in the years before. But if it was the only way to lead to now, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
