Like I was about to start my period. Cramps and sore boobs

Well I haven’t gotten a BFP yet but my period isn’t supposed to start for another week and starting last week I have had super sore boobs, some cramps here and there, this morning I noticed a heightened sense of smell and actually gagged... lol and I’ve been super tired lately which isn’t normal for me and craving sweets like crazy!! I don’t want to get ahead of myself but all I can think is am I pregnant this month??
