Has anyone dealt with smokers smoking inside the house ?

My parents have my whole life inside cars you name it ... I’m afraid of my health and I want to get out of here as soon as possible I’m just wondering if anyone can relate.

I can relate. Not my parents but my nan I lived with her for a while and in the time I lived with her I could feel my lungs worsening. She smoked 2 packs (a pack of 25 or 40 depending on the day) a day and always inside. My suggestion to you is open all windows and doors whenever possible. Keep your bedroom door closed and put a door snake against it so the smoke doesn’t go under the door and keep your bedroom window open if you can’t get out soon get an air purifier if you can afford one if not just keep your window open and a fan on to circulate the air.  And around the house keep the windows open and the doors too.

I can so relate to that.  Lord I hate cigarrett smoke. I had ear infections all of the time as a kid
