Plane travel while pregnant ?

Soo, im not sure which group to post this in but hopefully this ok..
I was wondering, is it okay for a pregnant women to fly over seas.. 10hr plane ride while being in the third trimester ? Or even second trimester ? Has anyone ever?

So plane travel is safe. However pregnant women are increased risk for dvts (blood clots in legs) so moving around is a must. And most airlines don’t recommend and won’t fly in the end of the third trimester. I read somewhere the safest is between 18-24 weeks not sure why. But  if you aren’t in third trimester bad you get up and stretch your legs frequently you should

Would only travel up until the time when you are no longer insured (travel insurance). Do not travel without it! I think up until 26 weeks is standard and generally accepted
