pcos alternatives

can anyone help please i’m going to cut down on carbs (i only eat brown) because i know they are bad for pcos and they are making me really bloated. are sweeteners any better than sugar or just as bad? what alternative to milk and soya do people drink? i don’t really like milk as such and i would only cut out direct milk not milk in food as that makes life soooooo much harder to plan healthy meals which don’t really contain much milk! i just really like yogurts but i can’t find any dairy/soya free ones? iv stoped eating milk chocolate and eat the 70% dark if i want a treat but would anyone recommend diabetic chocolate is this safe? thanks
